David Warwick, CFO
Prior to joining GetProof, Inc., David served as the CFO, Director of Finance and Operations for Envision Technology Solutions, LLC, a leader in the risk management software industry. At Envision he was responsible for the implementation of numerous controls driving the company from a 2.6 million operating loss to a breakeven operating performance in 2 years. Before his experience at Envision, he worked at Micron Electronics, performing pricing and financial analysis that resulted in a $170 million government purchase agreement . |

Todd Powell , EVP Operations
Mr. Powell is the former head of South American Consulting for Novell, Inc. In that capacity, Todd grew the Latin American consulting practice by 300%. Todd also created, developed and managed an integrated business software solution that achieved $12M in combined software and services revenue in its first year. The product that Todd developed and patented was so successful, that it became the foundation for a joint venture with PeopleSoft and Deloitte and Touche. Todd became the point person for the joint venture that generated approximately $30M in revenue over the course of two years.
Todd has successfully consulted for many fortune 500 companies. He believes strongly in partnering with clients to meet and exceed their business needs.
Todd says, "Listening is a lost art. When you understand the needs of the customer, you can use technology to solve their business problems." Todd also directed Novell's IS engineering department responsible for the architecture, implementation, and support of network systems, OS systems, and operational procedures for a global network consisting of three major data centers, in 40 sites, 400 servers, and 10,000 clients. Todd holds a master's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Design Engineering.

Scott Hammond , EVP Sales/Marketing
Scott has 17 years of experience servicing fortune 500 accounts in the banking and healthcare industries. Because of his experience with large accounts, Scott understands and applies a consultative approach to selling.
"I help our customers solve their business problems," says Scott. "Before I can do that, I have to know exactly what the customer needs." Before arriving at GetProof, Mr. Hammond was the Director of Business Development for SurfBuzz.com where he developed relationships with some of the largest companies on the Internet. Since his arrival at GetProof, Scott has increased revenue by over 110% per salesperson. Scott has also received numerous local and national awards including several presidents' awards and an "Account Executive of the Year" award. Scott is a consummate professional in every customer relationship. Scott received his bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in organizational psychology.
