Description
As a software consultant you will install, configure and customize software solutions to the healthcare industry using GetProof’s software solutions as well as technologies and solutions available through our technical partners.  You will be responsible for managing project timelines and completion of deliverables to ensure customer satisfaction.  A significant responsibility of this position will be to work with other consultants to convert existing client data to GetProof’s MSSQL based application. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage implementation, installation and configuration of GetProof solutions to assigned customers
• Convert customer data to GetProof’s database schema using SQL tools and custom coding
• Use GetProof’s internal tools for project management and accounting to ensure timely completion of customer engagements
• Work with clients to improve workflow and best practice usage of technology as it applies to the healthcare industry
• Develop and deliver customized, consultative training to GetProof customers.
• Write and manage Scope of Work documents for consulting engagements. 
• Create sales opportunities for additional consulting services

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Business (with technology emphasis) or equivalent
• 1-3 yrs customer service, technical support or IT project management
• Database experience or knowledge: MS SQL and Paradox/Access, etc
• In-depth knowledge of WIN 9x/NT/2K and PC desktop and networking solutions
• Proven ability to excel in a team oriented environment, demonstrating enthusiasm for the job
• Excellent customer management, satisfaction and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to quickly learn new hardware and software applications and environments

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Technical Certifications such as ACE, MCSE, CCNA, CNA, CNE, and A+
• Knowledge of SQL and Java/ASP programming languages
• Familiarity with electronic document management solutions
• Working knowledge of Seagate Crystal Reports and MS Word Mail Merge functions
• Background in healthcare industry is a plus
