Allow requesting facilities a self-service option to print an affiliation letter for providers that are currently in good standing, while saving the medical staff valuable time.

With the physician status information in the affiliation letter being pulled directly from the GetProof's paperless Vision database, no manual processes are required. The affiliation letter does not include any physician identity data such as birth date or SSN.

This solution is intended for requests from Internet users at other hospitals and requires GetProof's webNetwork or other standard Internet security measures.
