Why can't I merge the data into my letter when I attempt to run letters?
This is because the data file has lost the link with the merge file. You need to re-attach the merge file to the letter using the mail merge wizard. If you are running MS Word 2003, it could be because of some updates. Please see knowledgebase article VPRO39 for the fix.

Can I schedule a training session for Vision, Crystal Reports, or other tools?
Training can be scheduled through the Support Office. We offer on-site training classes in our Utah offices and also online training.

Why does it say I am already logged in when I try to login to Vision?
Your login is locked. You need to use the "Unlock ID" application to unlock it.

How do I get updates to my system?
For periodic updates that do not require database work, you can download files here. Service pack updates that require database work need to be scheduled through our Support Office at 801.804.4242.

Why do I get the error "Object not found" when I try to run a report?
The Crystal Report DSN may not be configured properly, or the report may be trying to access an OLE object such as an image or text from another file.

I cannot view images that I have scanned in to the system. Why?
Currently, Vision has a limitation on the filesize of images. When you scan your images, try to make the file size as small as possible while still allowing it to be readable/look good. Also, the BLOB size in the BDE alias needs to be set to 400 and the scanner needs to be TWAIN compliant.
