Features and Functionality

Pre-Requisites

· Vision Professional v2.3.x
· GetProof's webNetwork appropriately implemented.

· IIS 5.x or higher
· .NET 1.1 Application Framework installed on web server
· Your mapped 'application for credentialing' template (first 20 mapped pages included in price)
      Provide your application in .doc or .pdf format and GetProof Implementation Team will map it for you.)
      First 20 pages of mapping are included in price. Additional pages will be charged at hourly (not per-page) rate.
· Connectivity between web server and Vision DB. *
· 2 fully propagated DNS entries for secured external access.

Run-time Options

Users (applicant practitioners) can:
   · fill-out a "superset" of data elements via the Internet.
   · securely enter their information from anywhere with any browser.
   · auto-fill entire sections in seconds by choosing from Smart-Drop-Down lists!
   · review entered data and print it to a paper copy as needed.
   · help MSO to speed up and simplify the application for Initial Appointment process.

· Customizations to superset data fields and/or required fields are done by Client MSO (not GetProof) via DB views.

· Optimization Packages of VisionApplication (and other web apps) can be purchased from Sales.

How-To

· Users access site, initiate an application and enter requested information.
· Upon completion of application, applicant reviews and "submits" causing an email to be sent to Credentialing Staff.
· Credentialing Staff reviews application and either approves or rejects application.
· Rejected application notifies applicant and can ask for additional information OR stop application process.
· Accepted applications can be reviewed, printed (in your application format), signed and submitted to Credentialing Staff.
· Accepted applications can also be "electronically" signed and submitted.
· Credentialing Staff commits (saves) data to the Vision Database and no re-entry is required.
· Data is then accessible to VisionProfessional users.

Accessibility / Target Audience

· VisionApplication requires authentication via a secure portal and can be made accessible to authorized users or to all users.
· VisionApplication resides on a web server and can be made available to Internal and external users.
· This product is intended for external users who need to complete an application for credentialing appointment and submit it via the Internet.
