Pre-Requisites

· Vision Professional
· IIS 5.x or higher
· Connectivity between IIS server and Vision DB. *

Run-time Options

Users can:
· enter address information with each use.
· select address information from a pre-configured drop-down. (customization required)

Configuration Options

· Show or hide the "List All Physicians" button.
· Show a subset of entities.
· Determine specific criteria for when letter should desplay. (using AND/OR logic).
· Entity, Facility, or Hospital label (requires code change).
· Show/Hide SSN field.
· Fixed fields (from PRACENT table only).
· Customize message / instructions for non-approved requests.
· Customize generated letter for approved requests.

How-To

· Users enter or select their own (inside) address and specify a practitioner.
· If the practitioner is in good standing (as defined in configuration), a letter is generated with the appropriate information.
· If the practitioner is NOT in good standing, a customizable message is displayed inviting the user to contact you for further information.
· User can print the dynamically generated letter immediately.

Accessibility / Target Audience

· VisionResponse resides on a web server and is directly accessible to Internet users.
· This solution is designed to be accessible to other healthcare organizations via your (external) website.
· Network Security for this product is your responsibility.
· GetProofWeb provides a highly secure application framework for this product should you choose to purchase it.
